Learn how to export your personal data and notes from Nutes for your records.

Nutes lets you export all your personal data and notes so you can keep a copy for your records.
This feature is available under My Account → Export My Data.

How to Export Your Data

  1. Go to My Account → Export My Data
  1. A modal will appear asking you to solve a captcha. Complete the captcha to continue.
"This will prepare a copy of all your personal data and notes in a ZIP file. You can download it and keep it for your records."
  1. After solving the captcha, you’ll see the message:
  1. Click Continue to start preparing your data.

When the Export is Ready

  • Once the preparation is complete, you’ll see: "Your export is ready!"
  • Click the Download ZIP button to save the file containing your data and notes.

Troubleshooting

  • In rare cases, you might see: "Something went wrong while preparing your export."
  • If this happens, refresh the page and try again — the issue usually resolves immediately.

💡 Tip: Your exported ZIP includes all personal information and notes, so keep it safe and private.
